Giving Something Back

We support pets and people, near and far

Inglis Vets supports local pets and people throughout our communities and beyond with a range of initiatives including discounts, offers and charitable events.

In 2016 Inglis Vets have provided more than £50,000 in discounts to pet charities.

In association with the Royal (Dick) Vet School at Edinburgh University, we've given more than £215,000 in discounts for the benefit of people in our community at our Care and Save in practice in Cowdenbeath.

The Inglis Vets Malawi fund supports the LSPCA to improve the welfare of domestic and farm animals across Malawi, with a combination of a donation of all income earned from our carrier bag charge introduced by the Scottish Government and additional funds supplied by Inglis Vets.

Inglis Vets provides hands-on veterinary training for vets and nurses at the LSPCA through regular visits from our team.

Each year we sponsor Second Chance Kennels at their biggest annual fundraiser Bark in the Park at Lochore Meadows, and also the Dunfermline and District Rabbit and Cavy and their annual show at the Glen Pavilion at Pittencrieff Park.

Our nurses continue to visit primary schools in our community to encourage children in responsible pet care.

The 10% discount we give to the Emergency Services is our way of saying thank you to members of our community who give so much themselves.
